1. How can I place an order?

3. How long does delivery take?

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery generally takes 3-7 business days within Pakistan. For remote areas, delivery might take a bit longer.

4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

  • Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected areas across Pakistan. Additional charges may apply for COD service, which will be specified at checkout.

5. How can I track my order?

6. What is your return policy?

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the items are unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags intact. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy.

7. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected product.

8. How do I cancel my order?

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not been processed or shipped. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

9. Do you ship internationally?

  • Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. However, we may expand to international shipping in the future.

10. Are there any shipping charges?

  • Yes, standard shipping charges apply for all orders. However, we offer free shipping on orders above PKR 5000. Any additional charges for COD or express delivery will be shown at checkout.

11. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

  • Once an order is placed, you may be able to change the address if it has not been shipped. Contact our customer support team as soon as possible to request an address change.
